Shipping

Orders valued at $250 or more ship free via UPS Ground to addresses in the continental United States. All orders under $250 will be charged calculated freight as specified during the checkout process. We ship daily, Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays) from our warehouse in New Jersey, USA. 
Most orders received by 12 pm Eastern time will ship same day although that is not guaranteed.

Please Note: We cannot guarantee USPS shipping transit times even when they are quoted by the carrier (such as Priority Mail 3 Day etc.) as the carrier does not guarantee them to us. Currently, UPS has suspended its normal service guarantee due to the pandemic.

Our standard shipping method is with UPS for both domestic and international packages although you may select USPS if required during the checkout process. If you have special shipping needs, please contact us at - info [@] permaset.com before placing your order.

Shipping to Canada

  • We ship both UPS and USPS to Canadian shipping addresses. Both are subject to customs and duties
  • USPS - customs charges will be levied by your local post office where you pick up your packages. Overall this method is the most economical for shipments under $500 in value.
  • UPS - charges a $60 brokerage fee (not included in shipping charges from permaset.com) UPS is generally the more economical method for orders above $500USD in value.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico with both UPS or USPS. Generally USPS is the more economical choice. Please make your selection of carrier during the checkout process.

 

Billing

You will be billed by our fulfillment company, Oasis America, LLC.
 

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and you want a replacement we'll send that replacement product to you immediately and include a prepaid return label. If you do not wish to receive replacement product we will refund your original payment in full. In cases where you change your mind about an item please return the package at your expense to the address shown on the shipping label. Your original payment will be refunded less the outbound shipping costs. You should expect to receive any refund due to you within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
